Categories of Tea Leaves

Black Tea

The humidity, cool temperatures, and rainfall of Sri Lanka’s central highlands provide a climate that favors the production of high-quality tea. The tea produced from the country are in a recognizable dark red color and has a rich and smooth taste. The black tea also features a distinct aroma of malt and milk.

Assam black tea: The tea is famous for its light taste of tea but with a strong and delicious malty flavor that brings a different taste to a wide variety of specialized flavored black tea.

Ceylon black tea: It is one of the country’s specialties. The tea has a bold and rich flavor that is best used as the tea base of any milk tea.

Green Tea

The geographical position of Taiwan provides an ideal grow- ing environment for producing green tea as one of its spe- cialties. Known for its fresh tea aroma, green tea is the most famous type of tea exports from Taiwan.

Jasmine green tea is a fragrant tea made by blending green tea leaves with jasmine blossoms. With the scent of sweet jasmine flowers, the flavor of jasmine tea is subtly sweet and highly fragrant.

Carefully selected for quality, jade green tea is kept in leafy green color and featured a fresh aroma with subtle nuances of green tea flavor at every sip.

Oolong Tea

Produced from Lugu Township, TaiWan, the town is known for its long history of growing premium teas and it is famous for producing Long Ding oolong tea. The tea has a subtle flavor, along with a delicate and long-lasting aftertaste. Oolong tea is special in both its aroma and t sastes, features highly aromatic and possesses fresh, clean lingering flavors.

Roasted oolong tea is the best representation of the traditional Taiwanese oolong tea. Roasted oolong tea undergoes post-pro- duction “curing” of the leaves which enhances the bold and roasted flavor of tea, and also delivers a gradation of taste.

Originated from Mingjian Township, Four Season Tea has a distinctive floral aroma with a smooth, floral and mild taste without any bitterness or dryness.
